Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing includes preparing, packing, and arranging shipment of your order.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery is 7–12 business days.

The shipping estimate does not include the processing period. Please allow up to 15 business days in total for processing and delivery.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
